ARES meets all of your high standards. We have our own quality control facilities. We inspect our products dimensions, hardness, torque, nickel and chrome thickness and corrosion resistance as below.

Go/ No go Gauge

With the use of Go/No go gauge to check the size and dimension of each work piece.

Full-Function Computer-Controlled Torque Testing Machine

ARES makes durable tools for real life service conditions. We test all of our socket wrenches, ratchets, screwdrivers, hex wrenches and fasteners for torsion strength.

Hardness Tester

Using the latest hardness testing equipment, we are able to determine our steels hardness and how well it will wear over time to insure that our products steel is of the highest quality.

Precise Plating thickness tester

By testing plating thickness, our nickel chrome plating specialists critically examine plating thickness to ensure that our products are durable and resistant to corrosion.

Salt Spray Tester

Our products are subjected to Salt Spray Testing, an accelerated corrosion test that simulates a highly corrosive environment based on ASTM B117 standard practices to evaluate our metal coating to withstand rust and corrosion.
